The Government of Jamaica will review recommendations made by the National Commission for Ganja in a 2001 report to decriminalize the possession of small amounts of marijuana for personal and religious use.

The process of using bleaching agents to lighten the skin's pigment has been growing at an alarming rate in Jamaica's slums.Recently Reggae artist Vybz Kartel launched his brand of cake soap commenting that bleaching was no different really than white people wanting to tan themselves.

Bob Marley Commemorations in Zimbabwe
