A TASTE OF THE CARIBBEAN FOOD FESTIVAL

A Taste of the Caribbean takes "joie de vivre" to new levels. For twelve years A Taste of the Caribbean Festival organizes its celebratory approach to life into some of Montreal most popular festivals.

Our Theme for 2012 is “Caribbean Escape” and will be more than a great time for Montreal Caribbean folks; it is an important driver for the Caribbean’s tourism industry and their economic backbone. But even more, A Taste of the Caribbean is a joyous celebration and the very embodiment of the Caribbean’s cultural heart and soul.

And there’s so much to celebrate: The Caribbean fascinating history and unique cultural heritage; our natural beauty; our creative and culinary arts; our world famous music; and, perhaps most of all, the very spirit of its people.

You are invited to" laissez les bons temps rouler" (let the good times roll) at the 13th Annual A Taste of the Caribbean Festival taking place on Sunday, May 27, 2012 at Marche Bonsecour in Old Montreal, facing the tourist attraction of our City, “The Old Port of Montreal”.

When the festival is over our job is just beginning. We are developing our youth in the community by offering Culinary Scholarships to disenfranchised youth through our TRIUMPH THROUGH ADVERSITY Scholarship Program. All funds raised through the festival goes to this project.

A Taste of the Caribbean will be held on Sunday, May 27, 2012 at Marche Bonsecours in Old Montreal. Tickets are $50. Regular = $125 for VIP's.This year our theme is "Caribbean Escape". Come and enjoy a deluxe luxury vacation without leaving Montreal. More this year than ever before. For more info Atasteofthecaribbean.ca
